• Communicating with you regarding account updates, security alerts, and support messages.

4. Third-Party Services

We employ carefully selected third-party services to facilitate our application:

• Stripe: For secure subscription and payment processing.
• OpenWeatherMap: For retrieving live weather conditions and solunar forecasts based on your GPS coordinates.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including JWT authentication and encrypted cloud backups, to protect your data. While no system is completely infallible, we continuously monitor our infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Affiliate Program Disclosure

7. Data Deletion

You can request full account and data deletion by emailing support@huntlegacy.com. All personal data including hunt logs, GPS data, photos, and account information will be permanently removed. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, and any active subscriptions will be cancelled upon deletion. Please see our Data Deletion page for more details.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request a full export of your personal hunting journal (including JSON/CSV formats and CITES PDF export) at any time. You may also request account deletion, which will permanently remove your data from our active databases.
