3. Free and Pro Subscription Tiers

Hunt Legacy offers a free tier with core features, including the Digital Trophy Wall, Species Database, and interactive map. We also offer Hunt Legacy PRO for advanced features:

• Pricing: PRO is available for $9.99/month or $39.99/year.
• Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed automatically.
• Payment: All billing is securely handled via Stripe.

4. Acceptable Use

Hunt Legacy is intended to serve as a personal hunting journal. You agree not to use the app for any illegal activities, including but not limited to poaching, trespassing, or violating local, state, or federal hunting regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your hunting activities comply with applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The app's original content, features, functionality, and design are the exclusive property of Hunt Legacy and its licensors. You retain full ownership of the data (photos, field notes) you input into the app.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Hunt Legacy participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn a commission on purchases made through links on our Pro Gear Deals page. This does not impact the price you pay or our editorial integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hunt Legacy provides tools for tracking and planning, but we make no guarantees regarding hunting success, weather accuracy, or ballistics precision. The app is provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
